Indoniles Electric Parts"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>Penelitian proses perakitan combination switch yang terdiri dari 164 komponen<br \/>\ndalam 16 sub-rakitan ini meliputi pemilihan metode perakitan dan analisa desain<br \/>\nproduk. Metode yang dipakai dalam penelitian ini ialah metode yang dikembangkan<br \/>\noleh Boothroyd and Dewhurst.<br \/>\nDari hasil perhitungan didapat metode perakitan yang paling tepat untuk<br \/>\ncombination switch ini adalah manual assembly. Untuk mengetahui apakah desain<br \/>\nyang lama sudah baik atau tidak, maka dicari efisiensi desain lama dari setiap subrakitan. Setelah diperoleh efisiensi desain dari masing-masing perakitan, maka dicari<br \/>\nefisiensi desain lama total.
